The view options allows you to restrict the number of shown results while you are looking at them. You can filter by relevance to see only the most relevant results, switch off unwanted categories, and temporarily disable previews and details. Sort the list of results the way you want.

Open the view options pop-over by clicking the filter icon.

• Sort by: Choose how you would like to sort the list.
• Relevance: The more you move the slider to the right the fewer results you see.
• Show: Switch the categories you (don't) want to see on or off.
• Previews: Check to show preview icons.
• Additional Details: Check to show additional details.
